These are the terms for using Project Me, the member app at app.libni.co and the website at projectme.libni.co (together, “Project Me”). Project Me is run by Libni (“we”, “us”). By becoming a member you agree to them. We've tried to write them the way we'd want to read them.
Project Me is a personal practice space: audio meditations, breathwork, hypnosis recordings, affirmations, lessons, workshop replays, written guides, journaling prompts, sequenced journeys, a monthly live call, and a private journal. The library grows over time and its contents change. We don't promise that any particular practice will always be available.
Project Me is for reflection and wellbeing. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, or a substitute for any of them, and Libni is not acting as your clinician. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact emergency services or a crisis line right now. In the Philippines, the NCMH Crisis Hotline is 1553 (toll-free from landlines) or 0917-899-8727. Hypnosis and breathwork recordings should never be used while driving or operating machinery, and if you have a medical condition that could be affected by breath-holding or deep relaxation, check with your doctor first.
Payments are processed by Xendit on its secure checkout page. We never receive or store your card or e-wallet details. By joining you authorise Xendit to charge your chosen payment method now and at the start of each period (every three months, or every year) until you cancel. If a renewal charge fails, Xendit retries over the following days and emails you; if it still fails, your access pauses until you renew.
You can cancel any time by emailing hello@libni.co from the address on your account. We'll stop future charges the same business day and confirm by email. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No cancellation fees, no questions required.
If Project Me isn't for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Xendit and can take a few business days to appear. This applies to your first payment only; renewal payments are not refundable except where the law requires it.
Your membership is personal to you. Keep your password private and don't share your login; if we see one account used by many people we may ask you to fix it, and repeated sharing can end the membership without refund. You must be 18 or older to purchase a membership. Some practices are marked for children and are intended to be shared by a parent or guardian with their own kids.
Everything inside Project Me (recordings, writing, video, prompts, design) belongs to Libni or is licensed to us. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial practice while you're a member. Please don't download, copy, record, redistribute, resell, or use it to train software. Any e-guides or PDFs you download are for your personal use only.
What you write in your journal is yours. We store it so you can come back to it; we don't read it, sell it, or use it for anything else. See the privacy policy for details. Anything you say on a live call or in the community should be kind and stay in the room.
We aim to keep Project Me available all the time, but it's a small, independent service and there will be occasional outages, maintenance, or changes. We may add, change, or remove features and practices. If we ever decide to close Project Me for good, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and refund any unused portion of your current period.
We can suspend or end a membership that breaks these terms, is abusive to Libni or other members, or involves fraudulent payment. We'll tell you why. In every other case, only you decide when your membership ends.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Project Me is provided “as is”, and our total responsibility to you for anything arising from your membership is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the issue. Nothing here limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law that can't be limited by agreement.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email members at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Project Me after that means you accept the new terms; if you don't, cancel before they take effect and we'll refund the unused part of your period.
